# Installing on Docker

In this section you will find the recipes to install HEAVY.AI platform using Docker. We provide instructions for [installing Docker and HEAVY.AI using an Ubuntu host machine](https://docs.heavy.ai/v8.5.0/installation-and-configuration/installation/install-docker/docker-enterprise-edition-gpu). However, advanced users may install the CPU version of HEAVY.AI (EE/Free or Open Source) on any host system running Docker, or install the GPU (EE/Free or Open Source) version of HEAVY.AI on any Linux-based system with supported NVIDIA drivers and nvidia-docker packages ([See Software Requirements](https://docs.heavy.ai/v8.5.0/installation-and-configuration/system-requirements/software-requirements)).
